Dr Susan Bright (Aus/UK) is an experienced arts leader with a specialty in curating lens based art. Over the course of her career she has developed expertise and networks worldwide realizing projects in Europe, The Americas and Australia. She has been invited to curate exhibitions at Tate Britain, The National Portrait Gallery (UK), Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna (Italy), The Museum of Contemporary Photography (USA), Lismore Castle Arts (Ireland) and Princeton University Art Museum (USA) amongst others.

She has been guest curator for festivals in Spain and Germany and published seven books on art and photography. She has written widely in the arts media including The Financial Times, The Guardian, Vogue and has broadcast for BBC Radio 4. She has taught at universities including Parsons School of Design in New York and Sotheby’s Institute in London.

She is often invited to give keynote talks at museums and universities internationally and has sat on many juries and panels worldwide. Her entrepreneurial approach allows her to use her skills in both the public and commercial sector. At the heart of her work lies a commitment to inspiring audiences.
